I chose to pursue a career in Real Estate after my wife Hope and I closed
our trucking company in June of 2007. I had also been a mover with United
Van Lines for many years with very high performance scores, at times ranking
in the top 10% Nationwide. Between high fuel prices and insurance price
hikes without a raise in freight rates, we decided to close the company. I
also chose to leave United Van Lines. My travel lanes (freight lanes) kept
me between California (Los Angeles and San Francisco primarily) New York
City and Dallas; my absence from home was too much on my family. Hope and I
have 3 children ages 4, 6, & 9. My brother-in-law had continuously
recommended Real Estate since I have a family background in construction. My
dad and my grandfather were both high caliber carpenters; there was nothing
they couldn’t do. I obtained my Real Estate License in July of 2007 and I
can’t imagine doing anything else. With the flexibility of my Real Estate
career and the faith people put in me to help buy and sell their homes, I
have been given the opportunity to be here for my wife and children. My
children and I make our own yard signs; they are part of the team, too. We
do not like to carry a large case load, this way we can give you the
personal attention you deserve. We will not pressure you to purchase and
will keep you fully informed during the entire transaction process. We feel
